Theatre Anon are back, returning to ŻiguŻajg with an enchanting interpretation of Antoine Saint-Exupéry’s The Little Prince.
With specially commissioned animations and an original score, the retelling of this literary French classic will bring together the age-old magic of puppetry, and the wonderful wizardry of modern technology.
Reimagined through a newly devised play text, the story follows a young prince on his journey across various planets throughout space, addressing themes such as love, loneliness, friendship and loss.
Promising the same captivating qualities used in their previous offering of The Big Word Factory, Theatre Anon’s production is aimed at children, as well as adults, aged 8 and above.
Please note this performance briefly touches upon subjects of death and illness in hospital environments. Guardian
Teatru Anon għal darb’oħra jiġbor flimkien il-maġija antika tal-pupazzi u jħalltu mal-maġija tat-teknoloġija moderna biex jerġa’ jgħid l-istorja tant maħbuba tal-Prinċep Żgħir ta’ Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
Din l-istorja hija ta’ prinċep żagħżugħ li jżur diversi pjaneti fl-ispazju, inkluż id-Dinja, u jindirizza temi ta’ solitudni, ħbiberija, imħabba u telf. Din hija immaġinata fi skript ġdid f’produzzjoni li twiegħed li jkollha l-istess kwalitajiet mill-isbaħ li kienu saru fi produzzjoni preċedenti ta’ Żiguzajg minn Theater Anon: The Big Word Factory.
B’animazzjonijiet ikkummissjonati apposta u mużika oriġinali, dan l-ispettaklu huwa mmirat għal tfal u adulti ta’ 8 snin’ il fuq.
